Two of them I got it for almost a year, which there were no problem, which I got it from a LFS, and the one recently I got it from the vendor.. But before I got the third one, one of them were really bad that's why I got the thrid one to replace it..

Hey Mak,

It's probably the firefish fighting amongst themselves.. I had a similar experience.. you have to seperate them or else the two injured ones are either gonna get killed or they'll try to jump out.. Any updates? I think maybe when you added the third one recently you messed up their chemestry.. My experience has been that you have to add them all at the same time or simply stay with the ones you have, any new fish you add will either get attacked or end up attacking other firefish.. I doubt the clowns or the crabs did any of it.. the firefish are way too fast for them imo..

Actually so far they are ok, and still alive.. It seem one of them is healing.. :) So hopefully they will get along.. ;)

Mak, best of luck... But i agree with aznt1217.. You should seperate them... They'll be fine one day, the next day you'll walk in and one or two of them will be floating up top or missing.. I never realized how agressive these fish could be with each other... I personally spent months trying to get mine to get along, it never happened, I had to give one to a friend... If you decide to let one go, I'd be more than glad to adopt one Mak.. =) Best of luck..

I had a mated pair in my tank, and both disappeared right after the other....., i have three clowns, a yellow clown goby, a cleaner shrimp, a purple reef lobster, a green crab, and a big hermit crab. They were in there a couple of weeks, and now their gone..... Who could've been?....

Sil3ncio, Did you check the floor? I'm no firefish expert, but I think they're too quick for anyone in your tank to have caught up to them.. How long ago did they go missing? Sometimes, they're just hiding..
