I'm looking to add one more fish ( I might add a second S. nematodes and/or a pair of Green Clown gobies but am undecided ) to my tank and am looking for recommendations. The tank is a 65 gallon+ 20 gallon sump with plenty of liverock, a DSB and too much briopsis. The criteria are:

1.) Reef safe
2.) Small enough to live comfortably in my tank without overwhelming it ( I hate seeing 12" fish in a 20" tank with no room to swim and act naturally )
3.) Vibrant and colorful - I'm hoping to make it a centerpiece fish for the tank
4.) Peaceful
5.) Relatively hardy
6.) If it eats briopsis or red planaria, its a big plus
7.) Prefer something thats $50 or less.
I'm leaning towards a dwarf angel ( coral beauty or flame ) but am wary of taking the chance.

The current inhabitants are:
2 True perculas
2 Purple Firefish gobies
1 Pink Spotted Shrimp Goby - Cryptocentrus leptocephals
3 PJ Cardinals
1 High Fin Red Banded Goby ( I've seen different common names ) - Stonogobiops nematodes

1 Diadema urchin
1 Bulls-eye Pistol Shrimp
2 Peppermint Shrimp
2 Cleaner Shrimp
Orange Mantle conch
Assorted snails, hermits, etc
1 Condy anemone ( my one impulse buy and probably getting rid of it )

Corals are a mixture but only a few SPS and I dont plan on adding more.

I wouldn't take the chance with a dwarf angel. I've heard too many mixed stories. I was going to say a borbonius anthias but then I saw that you wanted to stay at $50. How about a clown fairy wrasse or blue flasher wrasse?

I like those wrasses. Will they kept their vibrant colors without any females or competing males around?
Deanos, isnt my tank to short for a tang? Its a 65 but its shorter than a 55.

Only 4 SPS frags and they have doing well in my system even with the skimmer being out of commission for almost 2 months. So you're saying go for the 2 fairy wrasses or go for the leapord wrasse? I really like the latter but have heard mixed things on them. The fairies are nice. If I can find a good deal on a ( unmated or mated ) pair I think I'll take them.
