Can I soak nori with garlic, bcs it is all the sohal eats.

;-) Yes you can, but don't forget to let it absorb and dry so that the minimum possible liquid is lost to the water column.

Also the directions say i can dose 1 drop per ten gallons of water (Im thinking, including the drops on the food) Is this beneficial?

Please do not drop it into the water as you will be nourishing the water column and not the fish. Please use it to soak the food as that is going to end up into the fish stomach.

Your fish looks beat up, is there anything in Your tank that fights with him ? my hippo tang had pop eye and ich at one point. I used garlic and no hellp ich was getting worse, so the 2nd day I put him in the QT with cooper after 4/5 days in QT he got better, no ich, eye went back to normal in a week .
