Bacterial Infection on Heniochus

One of my heniochus diphreutes i got today from saltwaterfish.com seems to have a bacterial infection on his side. When I checked him out tonight he seemed to have a rub or scrape on his side that i didn't notice before. He is in the DT and i dont have a QT right now. If I put vitamins in his food and do water changes will this help. What kind of vitamins should i use in his food?

^ Those, I do them regularly and haven't seen any disease( -the vitamin C but it can't hurt)
