What happened to my clownfish =( ?

I have (or had) I should say two percula clown fish. EVerything in my tank is doing good. Just had the water tested the other day perfect readings. One of the clown fish was hanging by the bubble tip anenome for the past three days not really coming out. So I thought maybe it layed eggs in it and it was hanging back because of it. Well I come home today and I can't find the clown fish. I finally found it, it is on the ground between two rocks with a long tipped anenome behind the two rocks.

Does anybody have any insight as to what happened to him? =(

Did he stop eating over the three days? How long did you have him?

We have had him for maybe three weeks and he wasn't really eating the past three days.

Could have been an internal parasite

I'm very new to this. What is an internal parasite? Could it harm the other fish? How do I find out? Help?

What exactly are "PERFECT READINGS"?

Was the fish showing signs of discoloration? Did it look like it had salt specs on it before it disappeared? Did it look like it had slime on it before it disappeared? How did you acclimate it? Were there any temp changes that were on the extreme side? Are all of your pumps and overflows protected from fish being sucked up and hurt or killed by the pump?

Do you have pics of your tank?
