I decided that I would like to add more fish to my nano reef.
I currently have a 2" flame hawk that is doing well eating pellets and mysis.
What would be a couple other nice fish that I could add in this small tank?

I am not too worried about excess nutrient level since I have a big skimmer and keep up with my WC's. My nitrates are undetectable and my phosphates are low (haven't tested in a while). I'm more concerned with compatibility between fish and the small size of the tank.

Thanks for any help:bablefish

Chief, I know clowns would work but they're so cliche. A yellow coris wrasse would be cool.

Randy, the blackcap basslet is ok. Not crazy about them though.

I appreciated the suggestions. What else would work?

What about one of the smaller filefish?

Pipe Fish.

I think the hawk and the Gobies will fight til the death.

Randy, I always wanted a cherub argi. Would they nip at clams or SPS?

Pipefish are very cool. I never kept them before . Is it difficult to get them to take frozen foods?

The bluestripes are one of the easier pipefish to get eating frozen mysis IMO. The only issue with them is I haven't seen too many of them offered lately large enough to eat mysis shrimp. If you went that route and couldn't find 4-8" pipefish, you may get stuck feeding BBS until it grew a bit.
