Blood worms for saltwater fish?

Just broke down a freshwater tank so I have some frozen blood worm left. They are the kind that are frozen in cubes. Can I feed this to saltwater fish? I checked the box it says something like perfect or great for freshwater, no mention of saltwater.

I make my own frozen food and normally mix in a load. The reef tank gobbles them all up.

From what I have read it seems that if the food source is not marine then there is a good chance that the nutritional value of that food may detrimental for marine animals. But if it is just a minor portion of the diet it should not matter.
