Hi

I have a huge bristle worm problem as my rock came from another tank that was over fed. It was so bad that the darn worms were lying out on the substrate during the daytime - tons of them.

Someone told me the six line was good for that and that the only other thing they eat are pods etc, mysis and brine. Now I am worried after reading a few links here about other wrasses that mine could eat my porcelain crab and/or my hermit crab.

I do know he has not touched any bristle worms LOL:duh:

Our six line was very mellow.. Loved ghost shrimp when we fed the marine beta... Never touched anything else. But our friend's six line wrasse is a nasty bugger and nips at everything.. And he can't get him in a trap.. It's funny.. Like watching the mouse trap game. We were recommended a yellow coris wrasse for snail hitchhikers because of their teeth and they are supposed to be less aggressive than other wrasses that do the same.

I got a six line to clean up a flat worm infestation. It did a great job! They were out of control and the six line cleaned them out within a couple weeks, never to return. I've had it for years, and it has never bother any hermits or other inverts.
