All of a sudden he is is flapping way too hard for his motion, and he has his tail higher then his head, kinda like a helicopter always has the nose pointing down.
That isn't high enough to cause issues. Give me more details on your system. My next guess would be the level of oxygen in the water. What type of skimmer? What about ammonia? Nitrates? How often do you do water changes and how much do you change? What other fish do you have? What do you feed the trigger?
Problem solved. Apparently He Took in a bit of air when he gulped down flakes (even tho I try to feed him pellets) he just loves to eat everything. So the trigger had gas. =)
