Does anyone have a full proof wrasse trap that they can lend me PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I need to get 3 of these b@$t@rdos out of my reef before they are the only fish left in there. :letitallo

I have already tried the conventional ones, and they won't go for any of them.
I now have the canopy open hoping that they'll jump. But I'm not holding my breath on that either since they haven't gone near the surface of the water. :irked:

If You Cut The End Off Where The Opening Is It Makes It A Larger Hole For Them To Go In, Unless You Have Huge Wrasse's, My Dusky At 6" And Other's Went In, Lol The Only Reason The Bullet Wont, He Wont Eat No Food Feed To The Tank Ive Tried Algea And Everything, He Is Content Digging Through The Sand, Not In A Mean Way, But Wish His Butt Would Run Out Of Food

Awilda - those Gatorade bottles have the larger mouth opening..any of the 3 fish you're trying to catch will easily fit in there. :)
I think the toughest part for you will be not feeding the tank for a few days..it would be for me! :)

I totally agree with you Kat. I don't know that I can keep from feeding them that long. I just may have to take the tank apart again.:(
OK, so now I have to buy a bottle of Gatorade just so I can catch these freaks of nature.

Two days later, and still have not caught them.arg
I have tried mysis, as well as brine shrimp, and I am not feeding the others which I am totally unhappy with..

Yesterday lubbocks & yellow fin wrasse went in the trap along with the chromis. Chromies & lubbocks got out, yellow fin I had to release. The 3 evil b@$t@rdos will swim around the bottle trap, go in a little but not enough to get caught.:supermad:

I told you; This is the EVIL TRIO.lol Not feeding for 3 days is killing me.arg I'm sure they are eating all the pods in the tank.

The christmas wrasse is in the fowlr along with the lion, eel, and puffer. He is swimming around like he owns the place. :happysad:

Once I catch the last one, which I hope is today I plan to replace the ones I lost.
Apparently doing research on the net, and books is not working all that well for me.:irked: And I do not want to go through this again!

Here is a list of the wrasse that I would like to re-introduce to my tank. I would very much appreciate any, and all input from you guys & gals personal experience with them. Out of the list the MUST have are the Radiant, Clown, and Leopards, so if you see any that will cause a problem with these please let me know!

Whip Fin Fairy Wrasse
Scott's Fairy Wrasse Fiji/Cook Islands
Longfin Fairy Wrasse
Radiant Wrasse
Exquisite Wrasse
Velvet Multicolor Wrasse
Leopard Wrasse
Clown Fairy Wrasse
Yellow Flanked Fairy Wrasse
Yellow (Canary) Wrasse

4 Line Wrasse???????????

Thanks for your help guys/gals!!

The Canary will eat your feather dusters :(

The Yellow Flanked & the Velvet Multi might be too close in coloration to get along...but I'm sure Dean will be along soon to square you away :)
