Any ideas what could be wrong? She is still eating ... a little, and somewhat halfheartedly. When I fed she came out and swam around a little and had some. Otherwise, she's hiding under my leather coral. :( No new fish added in the last month and everything else seems to be fine (inc. my male pylei wrasse)

That is the best picture I could get of her.

The white spot on her side is new, and what I think it related to the problem. She is not rubbing up against anything and the white patches don't look raised ... almost looks like a sting, or a scrape.

Looks nasty but I agree, probably a scrape..maybe a sting.
As long as she is eating, I wouldn't do anything. Best thing is home sweet home & really clean water..ihint, hint..in case you're due for a water change :)

and btw..that is about the WORST pic you have probably ever taken, never mind posted! lol I'm sure you rushed..can you get a better one maybe please ;)

I don't know what could be bothering her as the last new thing I added was the lamarck angel and that was over a month ago now. They ignore each other.

I'm wondering if she ran into my torch coral? Could it do that to her? She was hiding kind of near it this afternoon.

I would take him out of the tank and try to heal him in a Q tank. I would put something in the water to help him with his slime coat also. hope he gets better i would hate for him to do. I had two fish die this week very upsetting. Hope he gets better.

UPDATE
The lights aren't on yet, but I can see both the female and the male swimming around (good sign?)

HOWEVER

Now the male seems to have to same kind of white patches starting on his side. And the female looks worse. Will try and get a photo when the lights come on. :( :( :(

I sent you a PM on treatment. Hang in there :). There is a couple of options that I think will help. It does look like a sting to me. Give me a call if you want to discuss. I'm leaving to go to Key Biscayne so I'll be in the car for about 45 minutes (maybe more because I have to drive past where the tennis final is taking place).

I woke up this morning and my female pylei wrasse is all torn up again! :( Do you think it's a sting like from the torch coral (which I didn't remove because it seemed like everything was okay)? Or do you think something else is attacking her at night? I'm starting to get concerned. If all goes like last time, she'll be fine but I don't want the same thing to keep happening.
