Hello everyone, I am new here to the site but not new to keeping saltwater. My 150G tank currently has only one fish in it. Yes sad i know only 1 fish lol. It's a pink spotted gobie. What would u suggest i put in the tank? Not a fan of common fish since ive have had most of them already. I am thinking maybe 5-6 fish total. Do u agree they can fit good in there comfortable or could i get away with more or do less? Here's what i currently have in the tank:

3 xl cleaner shrimp
2 xxl blood shrimp
1 xxl banded shrimp
4 xl caramel shrimp
3 sally crabs
10 red hermits
5 black and white hermits
10 mexican turbo's
100 snails (the black burring kind)
1 pink spotted gobie
125 lbs of live rock
8" sand bed

One thing i deff want if i can do is a Harlequin shrimp pair. Can i do that with my current invert list? I have had all my inverts for about 1 1/2 years. The tank has been set up for 2 years.

Also, what's your total fish budget for the 5-6 fish? Come to think of it...it's easier if you say what fish YOU like and we can give compatibility advice.

What filtration do you have? Live rock, skimmer, live sand?

Currently running with a renna xp3 and xp2 (xp3 is chemical filtration and the xp2 has bio stars in it) Getting two new overflow kit's this weekend and changing to a 30G Refuigum and 40G sump. Ive got about 125lbs of live rock in the tank and about 8" of live sand. I have a skimmer on the tank but haven't been running it since there are only inverts in the tank.

Since i will be doing this over 6 month's time most likely since that's the best way giving each fish and the tank one month to settle i would say $3k for all 5-6 fish.

What do you mean by 8 inch sand bed.. ? Do actually have 8 inches of sand in your tank?

Well it varries though out the tank between 5-8" i would say. I did 2 bag's of black sand 2 bag's of white sand, 2 buckets of sand beneath them and 3 bag's of live sand mix into the black and white sand :D .

What I'm most curious about is how did you have patience to wait that long before putting in fish.

Oh don't get me wrong there were a few fish in the tank but got rid of them back when i started to get the inverts because i would rather have them instead. And those fish wern't reef safe. Now i just got the reef lighting about 3 month's ago for the 150G so i am also adding coral at the same time :)

Do you think my Borbonius Anthias would bet along with a Fathead Sunburst Anthias??
