Porcupine Puffers Weird?

I have a puffer and was wondering why he eats healthy and is doing wonderful in a 120g but not very active at swimming only around feeding time I feed him daily am i overfeeding him? I would like him to swim more lol. Thanks

is he fat? cause my porcupine swims like crazy and is fat as hell. so if hes not fat, then you prob not overfeeding him.
