Firefish and ICK

I just got 2 firefish yesterday...and it appears that they have what looks like small white/clear dots all over their bodies and alittle on the fins...
This isnt ick is it???
Is this white/clear dots normal?

Seen them today, beautiful fish but have a very bad case of ich.
