I saw what the LFS called a Manganesse Wrasse, i cant find it online. the closest thing to it is a Dusky Wrasse. Is this the same? the LFS said its eats flat worms and it was in a reef tank.I know some wrasses will go after shrimp, is this one reef safe? I mean ornimental shrimp safe? I have a cleaner shrimp and a coral banded shrimp, will it pose a threat to them. any one have one or know about this type?

None of these questions can be answered with certainty, until the identity of the wrasse is determined. However, if you are confident it's closely related to a Dusky Wrasse, here's some info on the genus:
