Advice Wanted!!!!!!!! Sick Clown Tang

I have a Clown Tang that has a areas(especially on the tail) on the fish that have red marks. I know that the fish has internal bleeding in those areas. He had this for a day. I put him in a quarinteen tank. The quarinteen tank has copper in it. What should I give him to keep in alive. He is still eating.

I don't think copper will help.It's usually for ich but it sounds fungal.Others who know better will chime in.
