When my hippo tang was smaller, it used to eat the tentacles off the skirts of pink zoanthids, not blue or green....only pink. Luckily, it has outgrown that practice.

I have a Hippo Tang now for 7 months. When I purchased him I noticed that his body was half grey and the rest blue.....He is getting bigger and is eating well, BUT he's still got some faded spots on him. What is or has caused him to change color? Need to know

dam Dace sorry to hear u still got that tank. I really love to have had it but its way out of my budget. I know how much u want to get going with you're other project. I can understand and share you're frustrations .
