What experience have other MR members with Lamarck Angels in their full blown reefs? Are they as reef safe as they say? Are they really planktonic feeders like blue throats?
I would say they are reasonably reef safe. They are primarily planktonic feeders, but will on occasion pick around at things---perhaps a little more frequently than other members of the genus. They are also a bit more aggressive than other Genicanthus I have kept.
The pair that I had were fine for about a year then the male starting picking lightly on some SPS. There was no real harm since it was occassional versus constant.
