I'd say far more of a risk to LPS, softies and zoanthids than SPS, but you never know. I do know they are far more efficient at taking out Aiptasia than Copperbands and this is my primary goal.
They reportedly will eat them with gusto, but their is some risk involved as they might decide they like something you care about better. Both Terry Siegel and Charles Delbeek have had good success and limited damage with this species, so the risk was acceptable to me.
Its a gorgeous fish. :shocked1: makes u go ooohhhhh..... /drool. I'm still waiting for it to kick the copperbands butt though. We could make a killing on payper view. what you think Randy? Deathmatch?
Sorry I meant to update. He is eating mysis etc.and doing fine. The Aiptasia population is hanging in there, but I do notice the beginnings of full frontal assault.
NIOOOOCE fishy Randy.Goodluck with it.I never had any luck with any butterflies which was a Blessing in disguise.I got into the reef side of the hobby because of it.Sorry but thanks to all my butterflies may you rest in peace.I love my reef!!!!No coral munchers for me lol
