It is in the same family as the mandarins (Dragonets) and should be considered difficult to keep and feed.

"The Scooter Blenny may be a difficult fish to keep due to its feeding habits. The Scooter Blenny will sift through the sand for food. Finely cut meaty foods and vitamin-enriched brine shrimp may be acceptable substitutes."
Scooter Blennies as well as all dragonettes are delicate fish that are usually difficult to keep and require a large amount of pods to eat. In captivity they have a high mortality rate and due to that fact my feeling is to leave them on the reef where they will grow and thrive.
