Was fine for 2 months then suddenly stopped eating and went hiding for a while.Was not ich cause did not display signs of it unless it already had it even though he spent one month in Qt in copper.no one was picking on it and he had plenty of room to swim.Perhaps the sg swing or something.The water parms are fine.By now he should be dead.Couldn't get it out.Wait til morning to get it out.Upset by it.:mad:The other fish are fine.I heard this was a difficult species anyway.I like the challenge but I couldn't keep it alive:(

Achilles have a dismal record of survival in captivity. I doubt there was anything you could have done to save it. There should be a ban on selling them imo.

Sorry for your loss. As JH said, some fish shouldn't be taken out of the ocean. It would be good if we could spread the word of fish that we are most likely to lose in captivity.
