I have a 120 reef setup. My current fish are 2 blue damsels, 1 Maroon Clown, 1 Lear tail Angel, 1 Kole tang and 1 Copper band I would like to add some cleaner shrimp soon.. I like the look of the wrasses but from what I read they need sand and a cover on the tank. Are there any that don't require a sand bed and aren't jumpers?

not all require a sand bed, but all are jumpers at heart.
Some people will tell you they have ones that have never jumped but the potential and risk is there.

I can be one of those persons that tells you that I have a carpenters wrasse and the fish itself has a great personality..
..:irked:...

As mentioned, not all wrasses need sand.
Most fish in general will jump if frightened, not just wrasses.
Wrasses are more paranoid & all will jump out eventually. They can fit in the smallest hole like they aim for it.

Your Damsels will not play nice with them at all. Maybe the Maroon clown too.
My Kole tang will go at any fish, so it's unpredictable.
