I have a pair of A. Nigripes an a pair of A. Percula...I think it helps that Percula are wussy fish and submissive when the Female Nigripes pushes her weight around.
I imagine if i tried two different pairs of the more aggressive clowns it would be WWII.
IME, there is a good chance you will be fine with skunks and false pers. Most likely the skunk will become boss and the false percs won't have the stones to challenge for the dominant role.
but you have to take everything you hear with a grain of salt and be ready to catch some fish if there is fighting.
WIth not much planning I put a pair of skunks and percs in my 125g. Both pairs are babies and they usually don't encounter eachother and when they do they are okay.
