Fish scratching really bad

My fish (Atlantic Blue tang and Red-sea niger trigger) are scratching their bodies all day, and they got scars on their bodies. Especially, Atlantic blue tang are very badly scarred. But!!! They are swimming very actively and eating normally. There seem nothing wrong with them except their scars.

I checked my water several times, and water was fine. I added sea-cure copper (Fish-only-system, don't worry. This shouldn't be a problem.)

Please help...

sound like ICK... becareful with coper as it can poison the fish at high levels
