is my RG sick

They ususally hide a lot in the beginning. Give it some time.

i moved a few rocks aroun, and my RG moved to the bottom of the tank and layed upside down and then move right side up but staying on the bottom of th tank

They turn upside down it's something they do. Don't worry about that. Try not to stress him out to much by moving things around especially if you just got him.
