I currently have a smaller Blue Hippo in my Tank. I really want a large Blonde Naso (with streamers) as my main fish in my tank. I have always loved that fish. But the questions is. Can I have them both in the tank together? I know that they have similar body styles, i just dont want to see the Naso beat up the Hippo. If that is the case then i will find a NICE new home for the Hippo.

I am running a reef in a 180 bow.

I also love Naso Tangs and presently have three 3" nasos, a large 9" with streamers, one blonde 6" naso, two 5" hippo tangs, 1 large yellow 8" tang and 3 4" yellow tangs living together and all doing fine. I don't think you will have a problem. My nasos mind there own...

I have 5" blonde naso for about six months, i then got a blue hippo about three months ago and the are fine. The only fish my naso ever bothered was my morish idol. He went after him for two or three days but noe they get along fine

Well i already have the Hippo so there is nothing i can do about the order.

And NYAquatics sounds good. I did a banner for him on his Thread that if he chooses it, he will give me $50 in credit. I know that he had a naso for like 55 bucks a while back. I will get from him then.

Thanks!!

I have a Blonde Naso with small streamers, and a Hippo, and they get along just fine. The Hippo follows him around, and they seem the best of friends. :fish:

I dont think you'll have anything to worry about.
