ok i know shoould have done research more, but i couldnt find this wrasse anywhere online. lfs said it was safe. so before i drop it in my tank idea's ? ty rick
Chiseltooth Wrasse? In my fish book, it shows the stripe on the tail as yellow..the link here, it looks white.
That bad boy can grow to 10" ...pretty but large
this is not a chisel tooth wrasse....
THis is from the coris family...
Very hard to keep since they only thrive on microorganisms from th live rock..

i dont think it is a chisle tooth either, ive searched all over and cant find it. it's been eating brine and mysis shrimp and well as krill and anything else i put in tank here's another pic. any help is appriciated

Very far removed from the coris group, might snap on a shrimp or two, but shouldn't pose any major problems.
