Hope someone can help. This is actually my very first post in the very first forum I have ever joined. Here goes....
I recently (2 mos ago approx) started my first salt-water tank, a 12-gal NanuCube. Thus far I have been fairly successful. I will get into details about the tank in future posts i'm sure, but for now can anyone tell me why my relatively new Ocellaris Clown has black dots on his body. He looks and acts very healthy, minus a few black dots. I read on-line that clowns can get black dots when interacting with corals. I don't have any corals yet... Just 20lbs of live rock and a tiny polyp cluster that I am using to test my water for future coral compatibility (so far with success). Anyway, what's the deal with the black dots?
