Hey all. One of my contacts down in Hawaii sent me a pic of a trigger he caught. I have never seen on like this and he hasn't either. Looks exactly like a pink-tail but has light yellow dorsal and ventral fins and a bright golden caudal. Any ideas???? Thanks, Tim

Did he catch it in Hawaii? Looks to me like it's a color morph of Melichthys vidua.

Yes indeed, it was caught in Hawaii. How rare is it? Is it likely to revert to its regular color pink tail ect. like most other morphs? How much is it worth? Thanks Tim

It's worth what ever you paid for it :)

What value are you asking...is in what part of the COC? End user? Wholersaler?

No I am not trying to make any money off of it. My friend also doesn't know and I don't want him to sell him really cheap to me where he can get far better money some where else and vice versa. Just want a fair deal. Yes he is a retailer, wholesaler. So are we all sure that it is a vidua morph? If so will it most likely change back to the original colors? Thanks, Tim
