It looks like a fish eater. How big does it get and what is its personality? Where do you get one?

Not a fish eater. The biggest I've seen out of almost 100 specimens was a hair under 3". I have a couple with some Green Band Gobies (E. multifasciatus) and they don't bother them, nor small cleaner shrimp. It is very similar to an Orangeback (S. annularis) or Chalk Bass from the Caribbean. They perch half the time and seem to be very personable.
