Something is up in my tank. I believe my C.rhomboidalis is mating or at least going through courting rituals (both male and female). The male began to display it's colors last Friday and continues to do so today. It will dart around the female and sometimes chase it for short periods of time.
Well, today, I notice the female's form has changed. Her abdomen appears inflated. When the male goes into his display, there is something clearly protruding from the females posterior. Despite being chased, the female will continue to seek out the male during his display.
Here are some bad quality photos I took while observing all of this. I will try to photograph more tonight (waiting for my batteries to charge ..... timing sucks! )
