Hello All

I am working on the construction of a 190 acrylic tank & out of the other 190 & 100 fresh that I have, this one will be a marine tank. I've read up on marine predators & am interested in keeping the snowflake eel, triggers, lions & groupers. I'm a large cichlid keeper yet I can not seem to figure on the quantities of these fish to stock a 190. This will be a FO only tank & I have considered FOWLR but to me, it seems like a reef & that's not the direction in which I want to head.

My question is given the 190, are the fish I've selected a good mix & if so how many of each can I stock? I know the eel & grouper must be sole but I'm not sure on the others or if there's other aside from my list I can add. I'm buying all these fish in baby form.

Lastly, if I did add live rock, wouldn't it eventually grow into corals & etc? I've read that live rock is beneficial for the filtration of marine tanks but the fish I'm stocking would be detrimental to its propagation, so what should I do? Rock or no rock? Fake rock? .....??? I know the eel needs many hiding caves & I will provide this but in what form? Live rock?

Thanks in advance to all who reply & please forgive if this question has been asked & answered in the past. :)
