new wrasse

ok day 4 now and no more sight of my new wrasse, i knowq they will hide and bury themselve's. but this sucks. especially not knowing if it is still alive or not. and ive tried a variety of foods to tempt is out

If you got this from the Zoo, likely they got it in from the Indopacific/Phillipines and they, in regions, capture with cyanide -

On the other side of the coin, fairy wrasses can be hiders - they never bury, that's not thier habit as is with coris and hoelocheres wrasses. They also tend to be timid and easily bullied -

So, in short, many things could be the cause of it not coming out - hope for the best stay away from your tank (meaning keep your hands out) and see if it comes out.

wrasse

no i didnt get this from the zoo. it is a 6 line, but he is pretty timid. the most aggressive fish i have it my either tiger blenny or red lip. same fish but not sure which one it is. i have alot of hiding space's and place's under rock it can be hiding. guess ill give it a few more days. till i pronounce it gone.
