i did rearrange rocks right before this started occuring.

Hey ive had this yellow tang for around 2 weeks, hes around 2 in a half inches. his color is great. he swims around most of the day..hes pretty slow. never any sudden movements [sometimes my triggers bite him and it doesnt even affect him..he doesnt run or fight back] he kinda gracefully swims around.. However my concern is this. for the first week he was pretty timid and would hide alot when other fish would come near he would raise his fins. Now his fins are always raised whereever he goes. its like his top fins are locked for the last 2-3 days [should this be means for concern?]. i also havent seen him eat in the last few days. [i have seen him eat the seaweed i put in daily. but not for the last 5 days or so] anyone have any ideas?

water levels and temp are good.

Tank mates
Niger Trigger 2inch [
picasso trigger 2inch [bites him]
some wrasse lunare or christmas? [bumps him around sometimes]

he seems to be lighter around the back of the eye and gill, no specs just like a bloch of discoloration. [almost like a clear hue] and its definitly not as bad as it appears in this picture, im guessing the flash is decieving

the fish also has some red in both eyes

in the last few days..
has stayed out during feeding at the bottom.

looks at food doesnt eat
mysis shrimp, flakes, seaweed, brine shrimp

a few minutes ago i watched my clown fish swim down and nip at him in the tail.
