Anybody know what kind of wrasse this is?

Looks like a Cirrhilabrus luteovittatus aka the velvet fairy wrasse.

I believe this form is an Indonesian variant that is a bit different from those that were imported a while back. Most these days look like this.

It is a female Clown Fairy Wrasse (Cirrhilabrus Solorensis).
I have a pair of them.

According to the Kuiter book you appear to be correct, though they are commonly sold as C. cyanaplura on a regular basis. Very interesting. Good call. I stand corrected... but Sanjay was still wrong too
