Current tank mates that appear to be doing fine
Hippo tang, pair pylie wrasse, banggai cardinal, some sort of fancy clown maybe davinci, and anthias. Normal clean up crew of snails and hermits

I also lost a tomini tang last week that appeared perfectly normal. Nothing in tank exhibiting abnormal behavior and have had them all for at least 1.5 to two years

Looks to me like it's internal parasites. I would QT the fish with Prazipro like Marrone recommend. Also, try to get your hands on Bifuran and soak it's food in it before feeding. I have been using this product for a while now and it has worked for, especially for internal parasites.

How long you soak in bifuran for. I guess mix water + bifuran then add food

The second angel died over the weekend. I am making more to water and plan on a large wc this weekend. Should I do anything else. Was thinking of setting up carbon reactor too...none of remaining fish having issues or showing signs of distress

Left is. Hippo tang, anthias, bangaii cardinal, pair Pylie wrasse, davinci clown ( think) and cuc

Sorry for your losses :(

A few questions:
Was anything recently added to this tank before the deaths started (someone asked earlier, but you didn't say)
Have the fish been moved to a QT or are they still in the DT?
What tank are you looking to add a carbon reactor to? (don't add to tank you are treating the fish in if you are using the Prazipro.)

Hey Kathy. Great to see you on here!

I did add sand to the tank, possible ammonia spike I guess ( live sand) but was only 25 pounds. Barely covered PVC sheet on bottom of tank

No live stock added in quite awhile

I was planning on doing wc to main tank and putting carbon reactor on this tank. Not the qt setup.

The current fish are seemingly fine eating and acting normal

If the fish that died had an internal parasite do I need to do anything to current inhabitants ? When is safe to add new fish? It's looking empty with 6 fish
