Fish off of liveaquaria

Just wondering how the fish from liveaquaria are.. When they arrive are they healthy and etc.? Been looking at a few fish im just skeptical of the shipment of them. Thanks.

Anything from the Diver's Den is state of the art and best shipping in the industry. Non- Diver's Den Live Aquaria stuff is more of a risk, but still way better than most.

Thanks for the help guys. Ill take a look into diver's den. I thought the prices on liveaquaria were decent I was just worried about the fish and etc.

Highly recommend Liveaquaria Diver's Den. They are heathy and eating. And give you a warranty period.

no other company i can think of gives you a 14 day no question asked warranty from corals to fish

Only bought got two shipments from them and it was an excellent experience. In total bought 13 fish 11 of which made it. The two that didn't were Copperband Butterfly which I don't really blame them on. Seemed really healthy on arrival and was eating mysis in QT and just took a turn one day and nothing I could to save it. Also a gold assessor didn't make it 24 hours. All the other fish that I've gotten came in healthy eating and disease free including a blue hippo tang, McCoskers flasher, Solon flasher, purple firefish, flame angel, flameback and a spotted hawkfish.

they have 2 systems: diver's den products are shipped from wisconsin and arrive very healthy


liveaquaria products are shipped from california and arrive healthy in general


but their customers service is unbeatable. my liveaquaria orders were messed up few times but all you need is just a call they then refund you

I have over 2 dozen fish from Live Aquaria and/or Diver's Den. They rock. Period. Diver's Den are conditioned some more (eating prepared food for longer etc) but there is nothing wrong with Live Aquaria either.

Kevin Kohen, the head dude at LA/DD, is quite literally one of the smartest and biggest contributors to the hobby.

I like Blue Zoo .. Spend $140 and free next day shipping. Just order Black cap, scarlet hawk, fathead. All very healthily and was eating in 2 days. Very happy with them. I like a place that has all the fish in stock. And they called me to let me know that fish were eating and told me they sent it out that night.

Warren, they actual called me twice. I sent email to them because I didn't see a tracking number. But this was my second time I order from them. Nothing but good experience both times. All your SPS are doing great. Hope you have just as much luck with BZ as I did.

just got 7 fish today from live aquaria. not a fan of mail ordering live stock, but heard all good with LA. they lost my first order in their computer system.
this order arrived 10:30 am, superior packaging, plenty water, ice packs and every thing looks healthy. 4 fish are hiding so i'll see how they do.
i will order again.

I ordered a couple times from them and you can't beat the customer service. Once they even called and apologized for delaying a shipping because we were going to have some cold days here in NY.
