Adding New Fish

Hi everyone, so i think im going to purchase my next fish from my list, which is a Yellow Watchman. I want to pair it with a pistol shrimp to see/study the symbiosis of the Pistol and the Goby. My questions are these:
1) While i know that their is a chance they wont pair up, should i buy them at the same time or should i buy them weeks apart. if so, who should i get first
2)What other gobys have a symbiotic relationship with pistols? I like the Yellow as well as the diamond.

thanks ruha, but im looking to do the pairing myself. i really want to study the "courting" but first i need to find the right morphs first.
