I'm in the process of restocking (slowly) my 220 mixed reef. I have the fish listed below. What would you add (if any)? Of course I would like some more (different) color, any thoughts??

Hippo Tang
Kole Tang
PB Tang
Lyretail Anthias (M)
False Percula
Engineer Goby
Melanarus Wrasse
Christmas Wrasse
Springer's Damsel

I am concerned with the present wrasses as well (got rid of my flatworms) and lost 4 female Anthias considered getting a few new ones. Any ideas?

A few hours ago one of my overflows stopped pulling water, I fiddled with the "pipes" and it started to flow normally again. Now I can't find my Christmas wrasse??? I have a bad feeling I lost him ;( I think he may have been the wrasse less likely to nip at corals as well. Hopefully he is just hiding. Anyone have any ideas for other fish to add to the tank?

I'm running metal halides and can not cover the tank, wouldn't those types of wrasses be an even greater risk for jumping? Any species in particular you would recommend?

I was considering adding a few anthias, but maybe a greater number of smaller more diverse fish would be more interesting?

THIS is a much more important problem than 'restocking'!
What caused this?

Why can't cover a tank with MH's? Put a mesh cover on it. I like flames, lineatus, pink margin and rosy scales.

+1... Cover the tank, just about any fish can (and will) jump!

I haven't a clue what happened with the over flow. No leaks or other issues seem to continue. The tank has been running for four years. I'm wondering if the wrasse momentarily stopped the flow (possibly where the over flow pipe is seated at the tank bottom). Still no sign of him. I will look into covering the tank, that may provide more options.

Good news. The Christmas wrasse is back out and healthy as a horse. No clue what happened to the overflow. Going to keep a close eye on that side of the tank.
