I'm not sure any angel is 100% guaranteed reef safe.
Some of the pygmy angels are usually good: potter's and fisher's are two that come to mind.

Among the larger, I know a bunch of people here have regals in their tanks. Yours is borderline size wise for a regal.

None of the angels are truely reef safe, the only one that are fairly rare reef are from the Gemicanthus family, but even then they may pick at stuff over time.

In that family you want to look at the:
Watanabe
Lemark
Zebra
Swallow tails
Bellus

They're planton feeders for the most part. The Lemark and Bellus would be fine in a 90gal tank while the Zebra and
Watanabe it would be a tight fit.

Among the dwarf angels (centropyge), which one is less prone to be coral pickers?
I'm not sure there really a less prone among the smaller pygmy angels, centropyge. The two that would probably be the best are the Centropyge interruptus and Centropyge joculator. Both are more reef safe than the other Centropyg but they usually command a very high price.

The safest of the angels are the
Gemicanthus but they are larger than the Centropyge and need a bigger tank than what you would need with a pygmy angel.

It's a crap shoot with any angel, so if you want to add one, you have to be willing to take the chance and live with the possible that the angel may pick on your corals or clams.

from my experience half balck, eibli, coral beauty and japanese swallowtail are less prone to pick @ corals. that isn't to say they wont. each fish has their own personality. good luck in whatever angel you pick
