Medium-Large Tanks w/ ONLY Small Fish

Does anyone have medium/large sized tanks stocked with smaller fish and few or no medium/large fish?

I'm looking to stock my current tank with fish like gobies, cardinals, blennies, etc, and would like to hear other folk's experience regarding this topic.

If you have pictures that you want to share, that'd be great.

You can see tanks like that on you tube looks cool when u have schooling fish swimming around ,
I love tangs so I'm never getting rid of those

I recently setup a 60gal cube, which for the most part has small fish. I do have a couple that will get large, like a sailfin tang, emperor, and a Harlequin Tusk but they're all very small now, 3" or so. I've got a number of small hogfish and bassets, the ones that aren't that aggressive.
