Ruling out any parasite or infection the black spots could be caused by inadvertent contact with a coral or anemone. These black spots will usually be much larger when compared to ich spots. The white spots could be bruising from fighting with other fish or scraping against the rock in your aquarium.

Posting a pic of the fish would be helpful.

I also think its from the corals but I have no experience with saltwater fish and none with coral but it does make sense since it looks like stings.

Can you describe the spots? Or they more like blotches? Tiny pin size spots? Raised, smooth?

Without a pic you need to really try to describe so that we can help.

it looks like freckles on humans. the are on his forehead and body. i notice a round hole near his fin/cheek area it was perfectly round like someone took a needle and poked him. that spot is greyish?

the black spots are pin sized spots and looks smooth against his skin...

its in your display already, so give it a few days and see what happens.is he eating? does it seem stress?how long have the spots been there? just appeared after 2months??

Eats aggressively but rubs his body against rocks just as aggressive. Doesn't seem stressed but I'm a noob so I don't know what stressed looks like. Spots appeared after in my display for 2 weeks
