you must have a good camera. she looks like she was going by at light speed....blurring the background.
i'm glad she went to a good home....plus i get to visit at least once a year at swap time.

Thanks everyone. As most of you know Powder Blues are finicky, disease prone, territiorial and generally not that easy to deal with. They are also one of the most beautiful fishes you can keep in an aquarium. This one has been in captivity for over a year and was obviously very well taken care of-- nice job Tom! It is fat, active and in perfect condition. It ate flake almost immediately and has quickly worked out a cautious detante with the resident yellow tangs. I'm very pleased indeed.
The system has for years housed a rather minor and benign ick-like parasite of some kind that appears as a few spots on various fish from time to time. It has never escalated nor claimed a life. Lets see how the proverbial "ick magnet" fares. My guess is there will be some spots, but this very healthy specimen will handle it just fine.
