I attached the pic of my clownfish that I got at the swap last december, it was one of josh clown, it was really really tiny, now that he has grown up a bit, I noticed that the white line on his side are not touching, is this normal for a clown fish that it's still developing or is it a "weird" pattern?

Yes that's normal some clown fish will develop all its bars together and some won't and some will develop separate. Clown fish who don't have the bars lined up are con sired misbar or extreme misbars. But in the picture you have a misbar clown fish.

Thanks for the info rookie, damn my fish is a mutt! Strong genes. I have two snowflakes clown that are the same size (They are SA and i am assuming oc. can't really tell the difference from percula and ocellaris). I never bred clownfish, but that would be cool. Since you mentioned, at what age do clownfish spawn? The fish I have are really tiny.
