A couple of days ago my six line wrasse started to rub against the rock work. Today I notice that the clown fish started doing the same thing. A couple of days ago my mp10 stopped working (actually that's another post that I am gonna make), and it might just be coincidence but that's when I noticed that my wrasse is scratching against the rocks. The clownfish doesn't do it as much. The wrasse seems to be ok, no white spots (ick?)and no torn fins. It looks fine, but i feel like it's trying to scratch itself. In the even that the fish is sick, should I catch it? I have never had a fish with ick or any other type of disease, so i am not sure how to handle it.
thanks

You want to keep a VERY close eye on the fish to see if you can see any spots that might be ich. The best place to look is on the pectoral fins.
If you see any spots you will need to take ALl of the fish out of the tank and treat them.

There is no point in removing them until you know IF you have a problem and WHAT the issue is.

Thats my fear, I hope it's not ich. Like I said i don't see any white spots...but if its ich, how am i gonna catch the fish??????

Search on youtube for 'fish trap'... you can make one easily with a clear soda bottle. I didn't even seal it, just fit the pieces together.

Put their favorite food into it and WAAAAIIIIITTTTT, don't play with it or run over to the tank as soon as they're near it or it will never work. It took me about 6 hours to catch 2 yellow tangs I sold on here last month, but once I caught the first one I took it out and caught the 2nd one within 15mins.

Keep an eye on the first fish that start to do it, the one time I had ich in my tank they were rubbing on the rocks for a week before I saw any spots on them. Be proactive and have your quarantee tank ready.
