Naso Tang

Hello guys need a little help here i have small Naso tang thats not eating i have tried the following things I'm running out of ideas don't want him to die he's very pretty he reminds me of a Mandrin Monkey
so here is the list of items i have fed him that he doesn't eat:

Frozen brine shrimp both the regular and the Spirulina one
Rods reef
Rods Algae sheets- green, brown, and red nothing
live Brine
cyclops
even tried oyster eggs

so if anyone has any ideas please HEEEELLLLLLPPPPPPPPP i don't wanna loose Rafiki lol

Have u tried a piece of that algae sheet rubberband onto a small piece of rock n see if he goes for it. How about flake food?

Oyster eggs are way too small for the fish to grab even if it wanted to. It's way too small for most corals even.

How long have you had the fish?

How big is the tank?

What other fish are in the tank?

Had the same problem with a blond naso, when it was first in QT... Put caulerpa from my sump, rubberbanded to a rock and it was gone every morning! Within a week or 2, he was eating everything!

Ive had him for about A week and he's in 90gal there is a Koran angel,snowflake eel, percula clown, and some assorted damsels and Ive tried dropping the algae in the tank with the algae clip just sitting on the bottom of the tank and when i first got my angel he did the same thing but only for a few days until i figured out what he liked i was thinking about putting garlic into the tank when i feed

IMO... Put garlic on the food you feed, not directly into the water

Try romaine lettuce on a veggie clip. Tangs love that stuff.

Garlic alway did the job for me. Now all my fish are eating pellets, flakes and brime shrimp. I know this may not fall in the same subject but as any one ever tought there bullet goby to eat pellets and flakes before?
