Lump on Yellow Clown Goby - Good Photo. Any ideas

So heres my YCGoby,

Ive noticed this bump on the side of my goby for around 2 weeks now, hes eating and swimming like usual. Seems like it has increased in size.

Can anyone help me out and let me know what this might be?

finally was able to get a photo and want to get him treated if theirs a cure.

Maybe he got stung by a coral.

Does he host LPS or anything like that?

Naturally they live in Acros or stony corals.

hes hosting frogspawn/duncan/hammer/sinularia....basically what ever he wants

is it under the scales? or did it loose the scales in that spot? any agitation? rock scraping?

Spoke to dom, and he thinks its probably from a sting that became infected. I originally thought that, but didnt want to dismiss a parasite without knowing. After all, he is perched on my frogspawn in the photos.

None of the fish have any signs of ick, scratching, or anything for that matter. I would say its located on his exterior, very hard to tell really. Wart-like

i didnt think it was ick, but though it migh be an ifection that may have happened from a scrae or sting, thats y i was asing abt scales
