Is my foxface lo a murderer? I come downstairs yesterday and my shoulder tang is frozen stiff, mouth open, fins fully extended. This isn't the first time i've seen this happen with fish in my tank over the last year since i've had him. Can their venom kill other fish like tangs? I have a feeling it killed my old zebra moray when he had a seizure and died for no reason. All my other fish are good except now he's paying a lot of attention to my magnificent foxface.

Yes, they can hurt and even kill fish. It happens a lot more then you think. One of my groupers try to eat one and almost dies from it, though it made it, it was never the same. It couldn't sense food in the tank, even if it was dropped right in front of it. I had to make sure the food was on the bottom of the tank and push the fish toward it, and eventually it ate some.

It's possible the fish may recover, as it maybe temp, or just have some issues.
