I need to add a wrasse. I have no sand and I have like 85lb LR, a fuge with pods and macro. I have a mandarin too.

It has to be a fairy flasher kind.
I see both terms r used for same fish, ie fairy /flasher... Its confusing.

Plus analyzing scientific name and finding name in trade is confusing.

pls share ur experience with:
( From Liveaquaria names: )

mccorsker,bluehead, exquisite,lubbock, red head salon fairy,scott wrasses.

Might get one of these males.
It should be reef safe, non aggresive, multi color, a bit hardy.

thanks!

Is your tank super well covered? If not, don' t bother with either Fairy or flasher wrasses. They Will Jump. Not might jump.

FYI Fairy wrasses are Cirrhilabrus sp. and Flashers are Parachelinus Sp. Of the ones you listed above, only the Mckoskers is a flasher wrasse.
