I have a 14 gallon biocube, would a blue tang be able to live it, with 2 clowns and damsel?

Sorry but 100000000% no. Matter a face no tang will do well in a 14 gallon bio. Even of you plan on future upgrade, wait til the upgrade...

And with 3 clowns and a damsel, I'd get maybe a goby or blenny and your about maxed out on fish for that tank...

Let's just say my friend had one , about 14 inches and just had to upgrade to a 220 gallon and still he should have went bigger...

dont even bother they grow big fast i had 3 tangs including the hippo tang in a 75g and got them in a 150g now
